General Questions
All property owners in the Mililani Town community are automatically members of the Mililani Town Association. Membership is tied to property ownership and is non-transferable. Renters may register as associate members to access recreation facilities.
Assessment amounts are set annually by the Board of Directors. Please log in to your resident account or contact the MTA office at (808) 623-7300 for current assessment amounts. Assessments are due quarterly on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.
MTA ID cards are required to access recreation centers and pools. You can request your ID card by visiting the MTA main office at 95-303 Kaloapau Street with proof of residence. Cards are processed within 5-7 business days. See the MTA ID Cards page for more details.
Hours vary by recreation center and season. Generally, facilities are open Monday–Friday 6 AM – 9 PM and Saturday–Sunday 7 AM – 7 PM. Extended summer hours apply July–August. Check individual Rec Center pages for specific hours.
Download the Architectural Review Application from our Forms & Documents page. Complete and submit the form along with your plans/drawings to the MTA office. The Architectural Review Committee meets monthly; approval typically takes 30-45 days.
Facility reservations for parties and private events are made through WebTrac. Visit webtrac.mililanitown.org to check availability and reserve. Reservations typically require a deposit and must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
MTA membership includes: access to all 7 recreation centers, pools, fitness rooms, tennis courts, and multi-purpose rooms; eligibility for resident pricing on programs and special events; voting rights at annual meetings; access to the Resident Portal; and community newsletters.
