The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) and MTA Rules govern all properties in Mililani Town. All homeowners and renters are required to comply.
All properties must be maintained in good condition. Lawns must be regularly mowed, weeds controlled, and exterior surfaces free of peeling paint. Trash containers must be stored out of street view except on collection days.
Any exterior modification — including fences, sheds, paint colors, additions, solar panels, and landscaping changes — requires prior approval from the MTA Architectural Review Committee. Submit an application via Forms & Documents before beginning work.
Vehicles must be parked in driveways or designated parking areas. Commercial vehicles, boats, and RVs may not be parked on public streets overnight. Inoperative vehicles must be stored in garages.
Pets must be leashed when outside. Owners are responsible for cleanup in public areas. Excessive noise may constitute a nuisance violation. Exotic animals and livestock are prohibited.
Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM. Excessive noise, bright lights directed at neighboring properties, and burning of refuse are prohibited.
