The MTA Board of Directors is elected by homeowners and sets policy for the Association.

Chairs board meetings, represents MTA in official capacities, and oversees executive committee.
Assists the President and chairs committees as assigned.
Board Operations
Maintains board records, minutes, and correspondence.
Finance Oversight
Oversees financial reporting, budget preparation, and assessment management.
Community Representative
Represents homeowner interests and serves on standing committees.
The Board meets on the third Saturday of each month at 9:00 AM at RC 7. Meetings are open to all MTA homeowners.
